Hanava Homes Ltd. is a custom homebuilding company based in Langley, British Columbia. They specialize in working with clients from planning to completion, providing them with assistance at every step along the way. On every project, their goal is to reduce the stress involved in the construction process, and ultimately to deliver a high-quality home that meets the clients’ unique needs. They accomplish those goals by building strong relationships with both customers and tradespeople – relationships built on trust, clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to quality. “We understand the importance of honesty, timely communication, and service for each of the homes we build, and we are committed to those goals,” says Paul Krepp, founder and owner of the company. “At the end of the day, we will have succeeded if we build a home that enhances the client’s life, complements their lifestyle, and gives their family a sense of peace and security.” Paul has personally been in the building industry for over 35 years. Out of high school, he started as a machine operator on the Coquihalla Highway project. When that ended, he decided to pursue his interest in carpentry, which eventually led him to enrolling in the Carpentry program at Kwantlen College in 1988. Upon completing the program, he was placed on a commercial construction project but quickly moved to residential framing instead, which he much preferred. “After a couple years I found employment with a home builder, and I quickly realized this was something I could do on my own,” he recalls.
