Growing every day “I feel like the sky’s the limit,” Munsoor says when considering the company’s future. “We have shown a steady growth trajectory year over year. I believe, as we grow and we refine our processes and systems to manage that growth, that we can continue.” “Back in 2015 we had a 2800 square foot shop and one shared office for everyone. In 2018, we moved to our current location where we have 5500 square feet of shop, offices for each business function, and a secured and fenced yard for our expanding fleet of vehicles.” He says the next stage of growth for QMMS should be at the end of 2024 when they’ve paid off all their corporate debt. “At that time, we are going to start looking for a building. We’ll acquire our own facility, if it makes sense, and continue to grow.” “I do not have any firm plans on when to execute on our growth plans. It depends on market conditions and a host of other factors. It’s an organic process for us, and we will meet those new challenges as they come in. I have a talented team in the field, and a solid management group. We have conversations regularly with a formal advisory group and we make incremental decisions to grow and improve every day.” APRIL 2024
