That’s something else that clients like.” Again, Sylvain credits that enduring legacy of quality and reliability to the consistency and experience of the company’s team. He himself has many years’ experience in the industry, and after purchasing the company he trained directly under Jacque for a full year, learning first-hand how he did everything and why: “He was a really good mentor,” Annie says. “If we ever had any questions, he was happy to help.
