Today, Crown Building Supplies specializes in wall and ceiling products including drywall, insulation, stucco, and steel studs. They are expanding into the flooring and cladding products as well. That’s important, and we do that, but that’s not all. Good service is about all the communication that happens along the way. Good service is also about understanding the client.” Crown Building Supplies definitely understands their clients, due to the long working relationship with all. Gary estimates that 90 to 95 per cent of the company’s business comes from repeat clients.
