After all, the Laurysen family name is on our product.” Laurysen Kitchens was first created in 1970 by John and Adri Laurysen and was originally called ‘John Laurysen Custom Cabinets.’ They started in out a small garage of about 1,200 square feet. These days, the company manufactures out of a 55,000-square-foot facility and employs over 130 team members. In 1994, John passed on and was succeeded by his children, Bill Laurysen and Caroline Castrucci. Bill is now the COO of the company and Caroline is the CEO.
