Aaron and Nathan both come from extensive backgrounds in construction, with Aaron being a carpenter and framer by trade and Nathan being an HVAC and mechanical contractor. Together, they formed Daventry Developments in 2014, when they developed their first triplex property. “They both had a lot of experience in new home construction, and they were looking to meet a need in our local community for fresh and modern housing,” Cheryl recalls. “They designed their first property over one Thanksgiving weekend, and then had that NOVEMBER 2023
