It’s incredibly convenient. You have everything right near your home. You don’t need to travel 25 or 30 minutes to do some shopping.” Meanwhile, when it comes to amenities, SOCO also has a lot to offer. SOCO Two – the aforementioned rental building – offers 12,000 square feet of resident-only amenities.
