Getting better every day Looking forward, Up to Kode is not currently sure how much they want to grow. Kody says the opportunity for expansion is definitely there – for example, they are currently getting a lot of interest and demand from prospective clients in Calgary and BC – but they don’t want to grow just for the sake of growing. It’s more important that they maintain and even improve on their quality. “We’re going to keep getting better and more efficient as a team,” Kody says. “That much we know for sure. We’ve been struggling with the question of growth, but no matter what happens we know we’re going to continue improving.” In particular, the company wants to continue learning and improving the energy efficiency and durability of their product. In the future, they want to deliver even more energyefficient and even longer-lasting buildings. MAY 2023
