According to Jay, they really appreciate the town, they appreciate the character of the people there, and they appreciate the relationships they have built with local subcontractors and suppliers. “We really enjoy working in Fort Erie,” Jay says. “It’s a really nice small town filled with great people. We think that we’ve been able to add some value there, and we hope to find ways to keep adding value.” Moving forward, he adds that the vision is just to add value on a larger scale. He says the company’s goal is to increase their production and also to diversify their dwelling types. Traditionally, they have focused on single-detached products, but they are already branching out with Phase 3 of Peace Bridge Village, and they want to continue branch out even further in the future. “With our upcoming projects we plan on doing some multi-storey work and expanding our portfolio in that way,” Jay says.
