I’ll still be ultimately responsible for the overall project, but I know that in order to grow I’ll need to cede some of the day-to-day responsibility.” And Dan does see the company growing, he reiterates: “Our city is growing,” he concludes. “There’s no sign of that changing. The real estate market is growing. The value of real estate has been increasing, so we’re seeing more people renovating older product, which is great for us.
