Experience plus youth In addition to building longstanding relationships with clients, PM Signs has also been successful at building longterm relationships with team members. According to Cody, the company has a number of employees who have been there for more than two decades – though they also have some newer and younger employees as well, as they like to stay upto-date with design trends and technology, and having younger people helps with that. “We have a really good mix of experience,” Cody says. “We have the best of both worlds – we have people who really know what they are doing and have been around a long time and have seen what works, and we have newer people who can bring a really fresh perspective to their roles.” Moving forward, PM Signs’ goal is to continue to maintaining that balance of experience as the company grows – and PM Signs is growing, Cody says.
