have product in hand, so we can move more efficiently and complete more projects. “On the construction side, we want to take on between sixto-10 homes per year, and build them from start-to-finish,” he adds. “We want to increase the amount of project managers and designers we have on staff so we can better facilitate the entire process. “ Lastly, as North Wood grows, they will continue to learn from each project they complete and each client they interact with. “With constant expansion comes constant learning,” Jared says. “We are never complete when it comes to improving our client interactions and processes.
