Arsenault Properties is a PEI developer and property manager that specializes in mid-market apartment buildings with high-end finishes and amenities. That’s our number one priority.” David’s grew up around the construction industry, and he began his own career in real estate at age 19 as a property manager, flipper, and duplex investor.Hewent on tograduate from UPEI with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2013, and he completed his Charted Professional Account designation in 2016. Coming out of school, he worked with Veteran Affairs Canada for roughly seven years while managing and developing a few properties on the side. After experiencing some initial success, he decided to move into the family business fulltime.
