It allows companies to deliver projects faster and far more efficiently. The building industry can be slow to change, but we’ve certainly seen a lot more acceptance and adaptation of modular recently. As a modular building company, there’s the opportunity for us to get a lot bigger. We expect to see a lot of growth in both the short and long-term.” Moving forward, MODUS also wants to build on their partnerships with Indigenous groups and leaders, and to continue to do what they can to solve the housing needs of those groups.
