teamwork part is a “big thing for us,” he says. “We do a lot of group outings and events. We do quite a few charity events as well. We do that to help the community, but also to reinforce our culture within the company.” TCA also strives to form strong and close-knit relationships with their roster of vendors and suppliers. Historically, Sean believes that they have very successful in that aim. He says that some of those relationships similarly go back to the beginning of the company. He also says that “in the times that we unexpectedly need things done in a short time frame, they step up for us.” “Our vendors are very important to us,” he says. “When we’re stuck with something, we know we can go in and explain it to them and they’ll do their best to make it work for us. We know we can count on them. And we do our best to make sure we’re good clients to them too.” Moving forward, TCA’s goal is to continue to maintain all of their relationships – with clients, team members, and suppliers alike – even as the company grows, which it has done almost every year. As for their work, the company’s goal is continue doing the kinds of projects they are doing now, but as they grow they also want to get into projects that are “bigger and more complicated.” On top of that, they want to be doing more EV charging stations. Sean says he’s “always looking for a new challenge,” and EV charging is the challenge he has his sights set on now. “That’s still so fresh here,” he says. “It’s something I really want to spend a lot more time focusing on because there’s such huge opportunity here.
