Supporting the community In recent years, the community of Coulee Ridge has been repeatedly recognized for everything it has to offer – not justbyresidentsandprospective residents, in the formof reviews, interest, and sales, but also by industry bodies such as BILD Medicine Hat and the Medicine Hat Canadian Home Builders’ Association. Earlier this year, the former organization awarded Coulee Ridge Development ‘Developer of the Year’ at their 2022 Awards of Excellence in Housing. Last year, the latter organization also named Coulee Ridge Development ‘Developer of the year,’ as voted on by their local members. “We’re particularly thrilled about the Developer of the Year award, because it’s a member’s choice award – the recognition and support from our peers in the industry means so much to us,” said Aliesha Kurpjuwait, sales manager and on-site representative for the development, in a statement at the time.
