We’re used to a certain standard of work. We might take a little bit longer to build than others, we might have to pay a little bit more, but it’s worth it because our products sell for higher and our customers are happier.” Some of Leone Homes’ relationships with contractors go back 12 years, to the very beginning of the company’s life. They have to be reliable. They have to show up when they say they’re going to show up. They have to do really good work.” Fortunately, Dennis reiterates, Leone Homes has developed relationships with a strong roster of subcontractors and suppliers who tick those boxes.
