We’d like to scale a little bit, but we want to do it in a well-thought-out way. We want to add people, but we want to make sure we’re adding the right people who really fit our team and who buy in to the philosophy.” “We’d like to ramp up our annual revenues and the amount of projects we do, and we’d like to look at expanding geographically,” he continues, “but we want to do it in a very slow-and-steady and calculated fashion.
