The Verto approach In recent years, using their unique technology and delivery method, Verto360 has successfully completed a number of high profile new builds and renovation projects, for clients including AstraZeneca, Humber College, Cambridge Memorial Hospital, Siskinds Law, Parkbridge, Mammoet and Queens University. They have been able to complete these projects – and many more like them – with a relatively small staff. They outsource installations to a roster of proven and certified independent contractors, and in-house, their technology and the experience of their team make them extremely efficient, “We don’t have to be constantly expanding and contracting as business ebbs and flows,” Andrew explains. “Our staff contingent is highly trained and skilled, but stays relatively constant.” The limited size of their staff is not a major impediment – likewise, neither is geography.
