“We were able to get workers up and into the towers in a socially-distanced manner,” Mike explains. “There was no one access point that they all had to funnel through. There was no choke point they had to go through to get in. So we were able to retain an on-site workforce of approximately 450 people per day.” The quality of the building, in spite of the difficult circumstances, “is really an incredible testament to everyone’s desire to do a good job,” Mike says. That includes all the trades on the job – some of whom Keltic helped Graham to select. Mike personally has a lot of experience in the local residential construction, so he was able to point them in the direction of some trades “who have had experience in performing at a high level and providing a top-notch product.” “The quality is a real testament to all the trades,” Mike reiterates. “They all worked very hard on it. We’re really proud of everybody involved in the project. We’d keep them all together if we could.” THE CONSTRUCTION SOURCE CANADA
