What sets the company apart even more, however, is their design-build experience. They may be relatively new to Ontario, but they have over 15 years of experience building in Quebec – where the paperwork may be a little different, “but when it comes to actual coordination and construction management, the skills are highly transferable,” Angus says. “On the Quebec side, we’ve done a lot of design-build, we’ve done a lot of turnkey projects,” he explains. “We know how to do everything from start to finish. We can manage the entire project, from the design to execution to final completion. We’ve even done a lot of projects where we helped the client with financing.” “If I could only pick one thing that sets us apart, it would be our ability to guide clients throughout the whole process,” he adds. “We can walk clients from point A to point Z.
