Nice and easy In addition to building lasting relationships with clients, TCA Electric has also built lasting relationships with team members. The company’s team currently consists of three project managers (one specializes in residential, another in commercial, and another in service work), an office manager, a business development manager, and roughly 12 teammembers in the field, including a range of both male and female apprentices. The apprentices are, naturally, newer hires, but some of the more senior members of the team have been with TCA for over a decade. “The staff turnover here is very, very minimal,” Sean says. “We have guys that have worked with us for over 10 years. We have people that have been here for six or seven years.
