Getting better As an example of what Those Guys Plumbing and Electrical is capable of, Tyler points to their recent work with Nova Scotia Spirit Co., an award-winning locally-based company that creates quality small batch with flavour profiles that cater to the Nova Scotian palate. Over the course of about three years, Those Guys did their whole brewery, production plant, and restaurant. The restaurant is called the ‘Blue Lobster Public House’ – it’s a full service restaurant and seasonal beer garden in downtown Stellarton. Tyler is particularly proud of the company’s work there just because it’s so visible, which is rare: “Most of the time, our work isn’t on display,” he says. “Sometimes it’s buried behind walls. Sometimes the only person who sees it is the homeowner.” In the case of the Blue Lobster Public House, however, there was a lot “pipe on brick, so a lot of it is exposed and visible.” Also, they were also there for a very long time, so “we had the JULY 2022
