According toMadeleine, the project was roughly four years in the making. It evolved from a partial renovation plan in 2016 to a 10,000-squarefoot full remodel and addition completed in early 2020. “We were involved with the client basically from the start,” Madeleine recalls. “They had done some preliminary planning with an architect, X Architecture, who then brought us in very early on to look at some conceptual ideas for the interior.” About a year later, New Creation Homes was hired as the contractor – that’s when the scope of the project changed based on their recommendations, and “that’s when I would say the Interior design planning really took off,” Madeleine says.
