We need to make sure we have enough people in place to keep growing, and we need to make sure they’re the right people.” “We never want to bite off more than we can chew,” he adds. “We have a lot of interest and a lot of demand from customers, but we don’t want to sign contracts just because we can. We don’t want to end up with unhappy clients if it turns out we can’t build their home in a timely manner, or if it turns out the quality of their home is not up to our standards.
