One example is Keltic Canada Development , a company well on their way to becoming a tier-one developer in Metro Vancouver. They are relatively new to the scene, having formed in 2016, but their team is comprised of industry veterans. Powered by that in-depth knowledge and experience, they have moved quickly and gotten results – in 2019, they brought more units to the market than any other company besides Westbank. We spoke to their Senior Construction Manager about that rapid pace, the premium developments they are working on now, and the company’s ambitious vision for the future. Then there’s Passa Associates Architects, an inventive architectural firm that has been providing creative design and project administration services in Southwest Ontario for almost 30 years. Over the years, their vast range of projects has truly helped to shape their region.
