These challenges will be there, but the only way to achieve your dreams is to persevere.” Furthermore, Kulwant, as a woman of colour, wants to inspire young women to pursue leadership roles in the construction industry. “Women of colour have the greatest challenge in any industry. I was confronted with the ugly truth of either give up or fight hard. I chose to persevere, to ensure my voice was heard, to convey my ideas, and inspire my team to achieve excellence.”
