She says that when there are issues, Sherwood Homes is very responsive and very committed to correcting them. “There are going to be issues sometimes,” she says. “That’s just life in construction. There are always opportunities for errors to happen. But when those errors are brought to our attention, we take it very seriously. We do everything we can to fix the problem.” “I think our customers respect that,” she adds. “They see that we stand behind the product that we build. They see that the product we promise is the product we deliver.” Moving forward, Sherwood Homes’ goal is to continue keeping their promises – especially in the Georgian Bay, where they see a lot of potential, even beyond their current offering. “We’ve invested a lot of time, money and effort into this area,” Jennifer concludes. “It’s somewhere we’d like to stay.
